I had a little Starkit
I loved to hear it sing
When it hit a high note
It's little star would ring

SweetPea Seuss
I think this week has gone well. We have read lots of Dr Seuss, SweetPea has done Dr Seuss math, wordsearch, and coloring. Today she created her own Seuss-like creature. She named it a Starkit. Her poem says:
I had a little Starkit
I loved to hear it sing
When it hit a high note
It's little star would ring
Here is a picture of her Starkit and the poem in her own handwriting:

SweetPea is very creative! Is she possibly going to be an artist or a writer? She will be successful in whatever she chooses, I'm sure.
